ANibco butterfly valves are designed to control, regulate and throttle the fluid flow in chemical, paper and food processing industries. These quarter-turn rotational valves feature cast-iron construction with a corrosion-resistant polyamide coating to withstand pressures up to 200 psi and an extended neck to facilitate 2-inch thick insulation. They are further integrated with an internal stem / disc splined drive mechanism for isolating or regulating the flow of liquids. Val-Matic butterfly valves are used to start, stop and regulate the fluid flow in both low- and high-pressure pipelines, chemical processing plants and sewage treatment facilities. These flanged valves feature a disk-shaped closing mechanism to ensure fluid shutoff via an actuator and ASTM A126 rated cast iron construction providing vibration damping and wear resistance. These AWWA Class 150B standard butterfly valves can be operated at temperatures ranging between -32 and 210 degrees F and withstand water pressures up to 150 psi.
