RIDGID 15682 pipe threading machine is used to create threaded ends to connect pipes and fittings in sprinkler systems, gas lines and drain lines.

Working Mechanism:

• The workpiece is held in a 3-jaw self-centring chuck.
• The tool is held in the adapter and the adapter is mounted on the hollow shaft.
• By exerting force and rotating the handle, the spindle moves towards the workpiece. This allows the formation of the external thread on the workpiece.
• After the thread formation, the handle is turned in the reverse direction and the die is removed from the workpiece.

• This pipe threading machine is equipped with a stand to provide a stable base for reaming pipes.
• It features an all-weather 418 oiler that pumps 50% more oil per stroke than conventional hand-held oilers.
