Oetiker 10100004 clamp is used for clamping electrical cables, plastic tubing and rubber & welding hoses in heating & ventilation, automobile, agriculture, mining and plumbing applications.

Working Mechanism:

• Oetiker 10100004 zinc plated ear clamp is installed using Oetiker manual installation pincers that only need single stroke tool closure for securing.
• The clamp's nominal diameter should be chosen according to the correct clamping force.
• The clamp is positioned in the ear space and closed with a jaw pincer tool to bridge & seal the ear gap tightly.
• Owing to the specific geometry of this 2 ear clamp, clamping force increases and creates a spring during the contraction and expansion of hose material, in response to mechanical or thermal influences such as vibration, temperature, etc.
• Burrs produced during shearing and forming are completely removed via a barrel finishing operation.
