Greenlee 774 ratchet cable cutter is a non-insulated cutting tool used for shear cutting of copper & standard aluminium electrical cables and communication cables. This cable cutter can cut up to 750 Kcmil copper cables, 795 Kcmil aluminium cables and 1-13/16-inch communication cables.

Working Mechanism:

• Firstly, check that the cutter's release knob is pressed against the link and then place the cable between the cutter's cutting blades at desired position.
• Close the handles of the cutter until the cable is cut.
• The automatic blade mechanism in the cutter returns the blade to the open position automatically and resets the reverse lever.
• Move away the cutter's release knob from the link & press the handles together if the blade is required to be opened before the cut is complete.
