Eaton QB Series QBGFEP1020 bolt-on circuit breaker is used to protect an electrical circuit from damage caused by excessive current flows.

Working Mechanism:

• The circuit breaker is controlled by the circuit breaker handle.
• The unit passes current through its current-carrying contacts.
• When a fault is detected, the contacts back off from each other, tripping the unit thermally or magnetically.
• Reset the breaker by moving the breaker handle to the OFF position.
• Finally, switch the circuit back to the On position.
