Dynabrade 58509 pneumatic finishing sander is a Dynabrade Dynabug II orbital sander used for sanding, stock removal, sealer sanding, feather edging, blending & finishing on wood, plastic & composite surfaces in furniture, kitchen, bath & marine applications. This non-vacuum type Dynabrade pneumatic sander produces a controlled, ultra-fine finish on surfaces using the supplied 74 x 109 mm vinyl-face sanding pad (Dynabrade 56355).

Working Mechanism:

• Firstly, check all the equipment and mounting accessories for any damage. Wear personal protection equipment. Check that the tool is not running at speeds above the rated RPM (speed) using a strobe or magnetic tachometer.
• Connect the tool to the air power source using an air fitting.
• Secure an abrasive sanding sheet on the backing pad of the air sander.
• Use a clamping device for holding the workpiece in place without excessively forcing the tool or workpiece.
• It is recommended to power this tool through a filter-regulator-lubricator unit to prevent unclean / wet air or insufficient lubrication.
• Start the unit by depressing the throttle lever and bringing the unit over the workpiece.
