Working Mechanism:

  • It makes use of a sensor that can translate the pressure exerted on it into electrical impulses.
  • Then, these electrical impulses are sent to controllers or PLCs for processing and recording.
  • Strain gauges are used by pressure transducers to gauge the force applied to them.
  • In contrast to other pressure categories, vacuum pressure is measured via transducers.
  • With pressure, it becomes convex as opposed to concave (i.e. it bubbles out), allowing to monitor negative pressure.

  • It is provided with a heavy-duty, aluminium case to meet NEMA 4X (IP66) requirements for use in rough or outdoor environments.
  • The unit is powered by 12 to 24 VDC/VAC and contains two alarm set points.
  • It has a four-button keypad to allow easy access to features. These features include backlight, peak & valley, auto zero and conversion of the pressure units.
  • This model features an anodized aluminium extruded enclosure with recessed grooves, black polycarbonate front & back cover, Buna-N O-rings, polycarbonate overlay and 316L stainless steel sensor construction for prolonged use.
