It provides changeable swing direction, i.e. field adjustable between right & left, and has been tested for several million cycles. This pneumatic swing clamp arm has a locking tapered connection to offer a stable connection in frictional clamping. Destaco 8JG-217-1 pneumatic swing clamp arm features lightweight aluminium construction for withstanding harsh welding environments. It is compatible with the brand's sensors, that are activated by a magnetic ring mounted on the cylinder piston and can be operated at temperatures ranging from 14 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit. The rotatable arm is capable of delivering free movement arm positioning up to 360 degrees and is tapped to accommodate spindle accessories. This clamping arm is also used for maximum & fatigue less clamping force. It enhances the capabilities of pneumatic swing clamps by providing a means for attaching customised clamp arms.
