Destaco 817-S pneumatic hold down clamp is designed for holding / clamping workpieces in place during the operation. This pneumatic hold down clamp is an ideal choice for assembly & welding operations, as well as light duty clamping operations in metalworking applications. Destaco hold down clamp has a pneumatic cylinder that features built in flow control to ensure smooth clamping throughout the operation. It features a U shaped clamping bar that is designed for preventing the workpiece from slipping or moving mid operation. Its magnetic ring piston enables precise piston position sensing, thereby ensuring accurate clamping. Its flanged base features two pairs of mounting holes for fastening the clamp (using screws) on a flat surface / workbench. In situations where the clamp needs to be removed or relocated, it can be easily removed by just unscrewing its screws using a screwdriver.
