It prevents cold spots, optimising energy efficiency and provide users with a reliable & comfortable heating systems. It is used in hydronic heating systems, such as radiators, underfloor heating and baseboard heaters, to maintain a consistent and comfortable indoor temperature.

Working Mechanism:

  • Inside the pump, there is an impeller, a rotating component with curved blades. When the pump is powered on, the impeller starts to spin.
  • As the impeller spins, it creates a low-pressure area at the center (suction side) and a high-pressure area at the edges (discharge side). This pressure difference causes water to be drawn into the pump from the supply pipe (suction) and pushed out into the distribution pipes (discharge).
  • The pump's action forces hot water to flow through the distribution pipes and into the heating devices (radiators, baseboards or underfloor heating) located throughout the building.
  • Once the hot water has released its heat energy to warm the space, it returns to the boiler to be reheated, and the cycle repeats.
  • The system typically includes controls, such as thermostats and zone valves, which regulate the flow of hot water to different areas of the building based on the desired temperature settings.
