Baldor EM3587T motor is a part of Baldor's Super-E general-purpose AC motors that exceed NEMA Premium efficiency requirements for use in general automation, food processing and manufacturing applications. This motor has a rigid base for easy mounting in all angle positions.

Working Mechanism:

  • Use proper mounting accessories and install the motor in a location free of debris.
  • Connect the motor to the appropriate AC power supply.
  • The motor windings create a magnetic field after the electrical supply, that in turn rotates the armature of the motor.
  • This rotates the motor's shaft and drives the connected equipment.

Features:

  • Baldor EM3587T motor is a 2 hp, 3-phase, 60 Hz motor that operates at 208 - 230 or 460VAC power supply.
  • It is equipped with a totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) enclosure having a fan that circulates air over the frame housing and transfers the generated heat.
  • This Super-E motor has an oversized conduit box for easy connections.
  • It has a keyed shaft design for maximum efficiency.
  • This 1750 rpm, single-speed motor has Class F insulation windings to handle high temperatures.
