Altronix NetWay1BT single port midspan injector provides PoE up to 90W power per port and transfers data (text, audio & video) at speeds up to 1000 Mbps to PoE compliant devices like IP cameras, wireless access points, VoIP phones and other high power network devices which are located at a distance up to 100 meters from the injector. It features a standard network cable (CAT5e or higher), along with 4 pair configuration to deliver power & data, and accommodates RJ45 auto crossover ethernet connectivity for strong and speedy connections. The NetWay1BT PoE injector also offers protection and auto detection of legacy to non PoE devices by using 115 / 230VAC voltage connection, hence ensuring maximum safety to the equipment. It further comes with PoE mode and power LED indicators to permit easy monitoring of the actual time of PoE power usage of connected devices. These LED indicators come in red, yellow & green colours depicting PoE ON, power ON and IP link status, respectively. Altronix PoE injector is capable of operating at temperatures ranging from -22 degrees to 167 degrees Fahrenheit. It performs well at altitudes up to 609.6 meters in non condensing humidity ranging between 20 and 85 per cent.

Installation:

• Mount NetWay1BT injector in the required location only on a table or desktop.
• Plug the grounded AC line cord (included) into the IEC 320 connector of the NetWay1BT unit. Then, plug the unit into a reliable earth grounded socket. While using multiple units at the same time, the sum of the individual nameplate ratings should not exceed the supply circuit rating. Further, do not connect to a receptacle controlled by a switch.
• Connect the structured cable from the UL listed ethernet switch or video server to RJ45 jack marked (IN) and PoE device to RJ45 jack marked (OUT) on NetWay1BT.
• PoE ON LED indicator will illuminate, indicating the PoE device status that it is turned ON.
• Then, finally connect the device so that it is to be powered to terminals marked (+ Aux. –).
