Air Systems International B50-COPMEX explosion-proof filtration system monitors gas concentration in the air supply and eliminates contaminants, if any. It connects to breathing air filtration pumps or ambient air pumps and continuously measures the concentration of CO and oxygen in compressed air.

Working Mechanism:

• It filters the air incoming from a compressor and delivers ?Grade D quality air to respirator users, while ?monitoring CO & oxygen levels.
• The first stage element filters particulates & bulk water and has an auto draining feature.
• The second stage coalescing filter minimises mist, ultra-fine particulates & atomised oils and has an auto drain mechanism.
• The third stage filter eliminates odours & organic vapours and has a manual drain.
• It comes with a remote alarm jack and offers light & an external audible alarm to signal workers of high CO content.
