Rudland Manufacturing MCL Series shaft collars are suitable for holding motor components, gear assemblies, bearings, sprockets and other parts in position, facilitating the proper movement and alignment. They feature a one-piece design that allows installation by sliding the collar onto the shaft from the end without disassembling the whole unit. Stafford Manufacturing Solution Series two-piece split threaded hub collars consist of two separate pieces which can be joined together around a shaft or hub. Their split design allows for easy installation and removal without the need to slide the collar over the end of a shaft or hub. These non-marring collars have threads on their inner surface for easy tightening or loosening. Additionally, they are useful on UNF shafts. They also have a hub on the face that is precisely machined to reduce the contact area and reduce friction. These low-profile, steel collars are useful in automotive, construction, aerospace and mining applications.

Stafford MFG Solution Series master collars are used or securing components onto a shaft. They come with a single-piece split design, allowing them to be easily installed and removed without disassembling the entire shaft or components. These precision-machined master collars are designed to mate with 3-D printed inserts (with bores) to fit any type of shaft with ease. They are available in stainless steel, aluminium & steel material variants and can accommodate shaft sizes ranging from 1/8 to 2-3/4 inches (O.D).

We offer one- / two-piece clamps, quick clamps and set screw / threaded collars from brands, like Boston Gear, Climax Metal Products, Dayton & Ruland Manufacturing Co. Inc.. The setscrew collars from Boston Gear are designed for applications requiring hygienic cleanliness, thereby ideal for use in the food packaging industry with a maximum operating temperature of 800 deg F. These non-magnetic collars come equipped with a standard hollow point setscrew to allow easy inspection of locked parts.
Climax Metal Products manufactures a wide variety of shaft collars compatible with imperial shaft sizes between 1/16 and 6 inches and metric shaft sizes from 2 mm to 80 mm. These shaft collars are made from mild steel / type 303 / 316 stainless steel for maximum shock resistance and are available in non-plated, black oxide and zinc-plated finish options.
