Pultrusion is a composite synthesis process that involves pulling continuously impregnated fibres through a heated die, that cures the resin and consolidates the fibres into a rigid shape. This process makes the hammers lightweight & non-conductive, as well as extremely resistant to corrosion and rot. The solid fibreglass incorporated at critical stress points of the handle, assures superior reinforcement and optimum strength-to-weight ratio.
The non-marring attribute of these soft steel heads absorbs impact and reduces work damage where surface protection is critical.
