General Electric SEDA Series circuit breakers are designed for protecting electrical appliances and are used with branch circuit protection. They come with an interchangeable RMS trip unit which provides long-time, short-time and instantaneous trip functions for maximum protection against faulty currents. The trip system utilises digital sampling to determine the RMS value of sinusoidal and non-sinusoidal currents.
