Centrifugal Pumps

Dayton centrifugal pumps are designed to transfer non-flammable liquids and provide continuous, medium-pressure circulation in spraying systems, jockey pump service, booster service and other general-purpose pumping applications. These straight centrifugal pumps have continuous-duty motors and close-coupled design, featuring a back pullout for providing easy maintenance. They are equipped with 316 stainless steel impellers for circulating fluid and a Viton seal for leakproof performance. Working Mechanism

  • A centrifugal pump works by transferring rotational energy from one or more driven rotors, known as impellers.
  • The impeller's action increases the velocity & pressure of the fluid and directs it towards the pump outlet.
