AY Form Flex Couplings

TB Wood's close couple Form-Flex couplings are ideal for transferring torque and power while accommodating angular, axial and parallel misalignment between two shafts. These AY Series couplings feature 300 stainless steel constructed flex discs for providing high torsional value with a maximum torque rating of 7600 lb-inch. GCH Form Flex Couplings

TB Wood's GCH Form-Flex couplings are designed to connect two shafts for efficient power transmission applications in screw compressors, cooling towers or printing presses. These couplings come in a robust disc pack design for greater torque loads and lower weight per HP for a better inherent balance, as compared to rigid couplings. The high torsional stiffness feature of these couplings maintains the structural integrity of the system while counterbalancing angular or axial misalignments. They are integrated with a fail-safe mechanism that gets activated, when the element is damaged, by simply transmitting rotary motion via washers.

TB Wood’s A5C / B5C Form-Flex couplings are spacer style couplings configured to minimise shaft separation. Two fully machined steel hubs & one flat block spacer are included in composite spacer Form-Flex couplings to eliminate the need for high maintenance center support bearings. These A5C / B5C Series couplings have a zero backlash design and offer elastomeric & gear coupling replacements without the need for lubrication. AX Form Flex Couplings

TB Wood's AX Series Form-Flex couplings transfer mechanical power & torque between two shafts and accommodate angular, parallel & axial misalignment. They are ideal for pumps, centrifugal & screw compressors, fans, blowers, mixers and turbo compressors, where two fully supported shafts are located very close together (1/8 to 2 inches). Choose from a wide range of AX Series Form-Flex couplings, available in bore sizes of 1.69, 1.75 and 2 inches on Raptor Supplies.

HSH Form Flex Couplings

TB Wood's HSH Form-Flex couplings are designed to transmit torque while compensating for angular, parallel and axial misalignment between two connected shafts. They minimise misalignment forces on the connected equipment and are widely used in cooling fan drive applications. These couplings are available with steel and composite spacer tubing that reduces total cost by eliminating the need for bearings and support structures. The brand's HSH Series Form-Flex couplings range from 1000 rpm to 3800 rpm. A wide range of these couplings (with bore length up to 11 inches) is available on Raptor Supplies.
