Climax Metal ISCC Series clamping couplings are used in manufacturing, robotics and automation applications for establishing a secure and reliable shaft-to-shaft connection. These couplings feature one-piece construction for installation in low-head spaces. They offer high torque transmission capabilities and are resistant to vibration, while transmitting power. These camping couplings can withstand high axial load and are designed to prevent shaft marring.

Ruland Manufacturing rigid shaft couplings are suitable for transferring rotary motion from shaft to shaft in precision servo systems. They have forged screws for delivering high holding power and precision honed bores for ensuring that the couplings are collinear upon installation to prevent misalignment & unwanted vibrations in the system. They feature aluminium / 303 SS / 1215 lead-free steel construction and Nypatch anti-vibration coated hardware for allowing even screw seating while preventing galling. Ruland Manufacturing SPX Series 2-piece rigid shaft couplings ensure proper alignment of components to prevent errors during operation. The 2-piece clamp design allows them to wrap around the shafts and lock in place via set screws, while preventing marring. They dampen vibrations produced by components and are supplied with a keyway for set screws. The proprietary Nypatch anti-vibration coating allows even seating of the screw & repeated screw installations, prevents galling and maintains excellent holding power.
