Parts Washer Pump

Little Giant parts washer pumps are used for circulating unheated Stoddard solvents, deodorised kerosene and other UL-listed parts cleaning solutions. These washer pumps are epoxy encapsulated to provide effective electrical insulation, chemical / solvent resistance and high strength. They further come with a fluoroelastomer (FKM) mechanical shaft seal for added chemical resistance and a positive shut-off.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the maximum flow rate of Little Giant parts washer pumps?

These pumps deliver a maximum flow rate of 300 gallons per hour.

What is the purpose of hermetically sealed motors in these submersible pumps?

Little Giant's submersible pumps are designed with hermetically sealed motors that are enclosed completely to prevent water from entering and damaging the motor.

How to maintain the parts washer pumps?

  • Disconnect the pump from the power source before attempting to service or remove any component.
  • Periodically clean the pump parts to ensure maximum efficiency and extended service life.
  • Inspect for any corrosion or debris on impellers. If present, use a brush and penetrating oil to lightly scrape off the surface.
  • Check the impeller by turning it by hand to make sure it is moving freely. If it does not turn or if the pump is tripping the circuit breaker, or if it does not operate even after cleaning, consult with a technician
  • If it turns with a little jamming, replace the volute and re-install it into the parts washer.
