Hobart Handler Series wire feed welders are designed for use in maintenance, construction, aircraft manufacturing & marine industries for providing high-quality welds of different metals, such as steel, stainless steel & aluminium. These MIG (metal inert gas) welders are ideal for thin & medium thickness metal sheet welding operations and use shielding gas (sold separately) for their operation. The Hobart Handler 190 MIG welders feature enhanced magnetics & speed control for improved bead appearance and arc performance & come integrated with a standard spool gun control circuit & SpoolRunner 100 spool gun to easily feed wires that are otherwise difficult to feed through MIG torches. Apart from these facilities, the portable Handler 140 welders further come equipped with 5-position voltage control for accurate arc setting, Quick Select drive roll mechanism for fast setup, polarity changeover for conveniently changing the polarity between the solid or tubular wire and a thermal overload protection system for preventing overheating conditions. These high-performance wire feed welders are offered in wire sizes up to 0.045 inches & duty-cycle up to 30 per cent.

Single or three phase power MIG welders from Miller Electric are designed to weld aluminium / steel and are ideal for fabrication, manufacturing, maintenance and repair applications. These welders feature a torque feed push-pull motor to provide accurate & positive wire feed speed and electronic wire spool brake to offer optimum wire feed delivery. They are equipped with an auto gun detect system to offer quick & easy operation by simply pulling the trigger. Some models feature a large digital front panel with a built-in standard run-in, pre / post flow, burnback, spot / delay timer menu to allow operator to preset voltage and wire feed speed. The Power MIG Series welders from Lincoln Electric are designed for MIG and flux-cored welding applications. These welders feature Diamond Core technology that delivers an excellent out-of-position arc action and low spatter at a given wire feed speed in steel, stainless-steel and aluminium workpieces.
