These micrometers are used for measuring the depth of recesses, keyways, holes and slots. They feature a ground, lapped and hardened base & a micrometer head capable of measuring distances in 1-inch increments. They are available in base lengths ranging from 75 mm to 6 inches.
Starrett depth gauges are suitable for measuring depths of holes, shoulders, projections, steps, slots & grooves. They feature ring type knurled lock nut for providing stability while ensuring quick & sure locking. They also have a combination ratchet & speeder for uniform pressure & quick adjustments.
