What is the function of a flange?

CPVC pressure-rated flanges provide a strong, leak-free connection between two sections of CPVC pipes or other fixtures. These flanges have a flat surface with holes around the perimeter that can be bolted together using nuts or bolts.

CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) is a non-toxic thermoplastic material used for transporting potable water, sewage and corrosive liquids. It can resist heat, corrosion and chemical attacks.

How to maintain CPVC adapters?

Inspect the adapter regularly for any signs of cracks or damage.Keep the area around the adapters clean and free of debris which can cause blockage or other issues.Check the threaded connections and tighten them if needed to ensure a leak-free connection.
