Quantum Storage Systems ESD conductive divider boxes are designed for storing sensitive electrical components. The containers, covers & dividers are permanently conductive (irrespective of multiple washes), thereby preventing electrostatic charges from penetrating in or building up. They are made of carbon-filled copolymer polypropylene to protect stored electrical items from induced or electrostatic fields, offering electrostatic decay rate of less than 0.1 second. These boxes feature snap covers for eliminating dust & damage to inside contents, and are available in 7, 11, 15 & 55 dividable slot variants. They are made of molded ESD for dissipating electrostatic charges which can severely damage sensitive electronic components. They have very low carbon content and do not leave a black residue on parts. These containers feature a full-width hanger lip to support heavy loads and reinforced side ribs to prevent side-wall spreading. They have a large label slot for easy bar code scanning, and a curved bottom for retrieval of small parts.
