Plast-O-Matic CKM Series self-closing thermoplastic check valves are used in fluid handling systems involving corrosive or aggressive fluids. These check valves prevent the backflow of fluids, ensuring unidirectional flow and preventing contamination or damage to equipment. They have a self-sealing mechanism that does not rely on gravity, mounting position or reverse flow, providing more versatile and reliable operation. AACheck and foot valves are designed to allow unidirectional flow and are widely used in sump / wet pumps for drawing water out of the well while restricting backsiphonage by closing the valve. These units have a strainer, attached to the open-end, for preventing clogging of valves caused by dust and debris and providing a smooth suction lift. Hayward flow check valves come with square-cut O-ring seats for proper sealing and providing minimum backpressure.
