Cable Support Grips

Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems support grips are designed to hold the weight of electrical cables as they hang in a vertical, sloping or horizontal position. These support grips feature strand equalisers that position wires for equal loading throughout the grip length. They are CSA certified and come in an endless weave design that provides easy installation onto the cable & can be easily repositioned. These units absorb additional strain from flexure, vibration, expansion and contraction. They are available in breaking strength capacities ranging from 530 to 4900 lb.

Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems I-grip cable mesh supports can be easily placed over a cable and attached to the plug body to provide strain relief and control cable bend. These supports feature eye tabs that fit under the nylon cord clamp and screws that slide through the eyelets, securing the grip in place. They are UL listed and made of galvanised steel to offer breaking strength up to 1500 lb.

These grips are made of tin coated bronze for excellent solderability and decent contact resistance. They provide quicker installation than lace closing grips and are capable of withstanding loads up to 1610 lb. Variants are available in eye lengths of 4 and 5 inches.
