DAYTON -

Dayton brakes are manufactured for use in power transmission applications. They are suitable for use with single and three phase general purpose C-Face motors and also feature manual release levers for easy operation. These brakes are usually employed to stop and hold rotating loads on crane trolleys, conveyors and high speed doors. Choose from a wide range of these brakes, available in 4.875 and 5.5 inch lengths.

They are ideal for power transmission applications. These continuous-duty brakes feature manual release lever to prevent accidental movement. The open drip-proof, NEMA 56C enclosure ensures reliable operation in harsh conditions. They can be easily mounted on a 56C motor flanges. Choose from a wide range of end mount disc brakes, available in 5/8 and 7/8 inch shaft diameters.
