Apollo 70LF-340 Series ball valves combine pipe union with ball valve shut-offs. They have a blowout-proof stem design to prevent ejection from internal pressure, even without packing or retainer. These valves have 316 stainless steel stems and balls that can handle up to 600 psi CWP. Moreover, they feature ASTM B584 lead-free bronze construction, making them suitable for potable water applications. These standard port ball valves can handle fluids with temperatures up to 500 degrees F and offer additional packing glands that provide a sturdy seal to avoid leakage. These valves are ideal for plumbing and fluid transfer applications. Additionally, they are suitable for use in the water & wastewater, oil & gas, chemical and fire-fighting industries.

Apollo 86A-500 Series 3-piece ball valves are designed for industrial applications where reliable and efficient flluid flow control is required. They feature 316 stainless steel construction for structural rigidity and resisting oxidation reactions on the exposed surfaces. These ball valves have PTFE seals to prevent leakage and butt-weld end connections, ensuring secure and leak-free joints. They exhibit a three-piece design, thereby allowing easy access to internal components for maintenance or repair without removing the entire valve from the pipeline. The full-port design on these valves ensures unrestricted flow and minimal pressure drop, optimizing the efficiency of fluid or gas transportation through the valve.

Apollo 86B-400 Series butt weld ball valves are ideal for secure and efficient connections in pipelines in the oil & gas, chemical and petrochemical industries. Their butt weld design ensures reliable and leak-free joints for handling demanding pressures and corrosive substances. They feature a full port design for minimising pressure drop and promoting a smooth fluid passage. These weld ball valves incorporate stainless steel trim and hardware for rigidity and resistance to corrosion. They feature pressure-balanced solid ball construction for maintaining optimal seal integrity and flow control. These valves are equipped with compression-controlled spiral wound gaskets ensuring a secure seal, minimising the risk of leakage. They feature an anti-blowout one-piece bottom entry stem for safety and stability, preventing stem displacement. Their statically grounded ball, stem and body design minimises the potential for static discharge, enhancing operational safety. These valves have a two-position locking mechanism that enhances control and security by enabling secure open & closed positions. They are incorporated with adjustable multi-piece PTFE V-style packing to offer effective sealing and reduce maintenance needs. These valves allow fully machined ISO 5211 mounting for easy integration into larger systems and have cast bosses on the centre section and end caps. They can operate efficiently in vacuum service conditions to withstand up to 29 inches of mercury (Hg) vacuum.
