These true union ball valves have double unions, permitting service while repairing or replacing the valve. The main part of the valve or carrier is where the handle and ball are positioned and can be taken out of line for easy service without dismantling the complete system. These manual ball valves manage the flow of liquid in a pipe. They come equipped with a lever that closes or opens a spherical port, permitting the liquid to flow through the system. Georg Fischer full-port valves feature PTFE dynamically loaded seats that maintain consistent pressure on the ball to stop leaks.
