Sandpiper SludgeMaster Series trash pumps are ideal for handling mud, twigs, sludge, sand, leaves and trash-laden water, as well as soft solids (1-1/2 inches) in water filtration and pond / fountain aerating systems. These units feature a self-draining design to prevent clogging, especially in freezing conditions and are also capable of self-priming for reducing manual efforts, thereby speeding up the draining operation. The robust 416 stainless-steel shaft and Buna N seal of the Sandpiper air pumps help handle abrasives / solid-laden fluids and prevent leakages, respectively.
