ABCDayton industrial mobile air cleaners are suitable for cooling manufacturing areas and other environment prone to dust or dirt. These heavy gauge steel units feature a totally enclosed motor to keep out debris and a thermal protection facility to prevent overheating. They sit close to the ground to resist tipping over (even when bumped) while the (2) swivel & (2) fixed casters facilitate easy rolling from one location to another in workstations. These units are also integrated with a guard that encloses the fan blades and prevents them from damages as well as accidental contact. They are available in 30, 36 and 42 inch propeller diameters.
ADayton stationary air circulators are used for dissipating heat in heavy industrial areas and other dusty environments. They feature a powerful motor which drives the fan blades rigorously to move high volume of air and superior-performance bearings to reduce the frictional losses. Dayton stationary washdown air circulators are ideal for cooling air spaces, workers, products and machinery in food-processing plants and other commercial & industrial applications. They are mounted on walls, ceilings or beams to save floor space and avoid tripping hazards. These fans can be cleaned easily with a hose or pressure wash, as they have class F insulated motors with totally enclosed air-over motor enclosures to keep out water and debris. They feature 3 bladed aluminium / stainless steel propellers with galvanised steel / stainless steel guards for corrosion resistance, durability & preventing entry of unwanted items inside fans. These air circulators come with direct-driven motors that are directly connected to the fan through shafts or axles for increasing energy efficiency. They also feature automatic thermal protection to start or stop the fan operation according to permissible ambient temperatures for protecting the fan motors. These non oscillating fans deliver excellent ventilation & have ball or sleeve bearings to increase motor performance. The open air over enclosures allow airflow directly over the windings.
